1. What we collect

Account details (name, email, password hash), your agent conversations and usage data, and payment records. Your model provider key is stored encrypted and used only to authenticate your agent with the provider.

2. Isolation

Every customer's agent profile is isolated by design: no shared memory, no cross-tenant data access. Agent sessions run in per-tenant sandboxes.

3. How we use data

We use your data to run the service: process messages, enforce quotas, bill your subscription, and keep your account secure. We do not sell personal data.

4. Retention & deletion

Conversations are retained while your account is active. After cancellation or deletion, data is removed after a grace period. You can export or delete a conversation at any time.

5. Email

We send transactional email: verification, password resets, and approval notifications.

6. Your rights

You can access, export, correct, and delete your data. Contact support for any privacy request.
