1. The service

Beacon provides each customer with an isolated AI agent profile and access to a marketplace of specialized agents, offered as a monthly subscription. You are responsible for the instructions you give your agent and for anything it does on your behalf.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from Settings; data is removed after a grace period. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. Prices are shown in USD and may change with notice.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to generate or distribute illegal content, commit fraud, abuse other users' data, or reverse engineer the platform.

5. AI output

Agent output is generated by machine-learning models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for critical decisions. We make no warranty that output is error-free.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beacon is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or its output.
